How to update parent login details?




To update the parent login details for a student in the EdPrime system, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the student you want to update the parent login details for. You can use the scholar number, student name, or both in the search field. You can also utilize the advanced search options to explore more search options if needed.
  2. Once you have the search result, locate the student and double click on their name to access their student profile.
  3. In the student profile, scroll down to the bottom and click on "Update Login Details" under the "Parent Login Details" section.
  4. On the update login details page, you can modify the parent's email ID, phone number, or generate a new password by clicking on the "Password Generator" button.
  5. If you want to notify the parent about the login details update, checkmark the "Email Notify" and "SMS Notify" options to send the notification via both email and SMS.
  6. After updating the login details and selecting the notification options, click on "Submit" to save the changes and complete the update process.

By following these steps, you can successfully update the parent login details for a student in the EdPrime system.
