How to see the list of the categories which we can update through Mass Update?



To view the list of categories available for updating through the Mass Update feature in the EdPrime system, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Student" module.
  2. Click on "Mass Update" under the "Other Services" section.
  3. Click on "Advanced Search" to access additional search options.
  4. In the Advanced Search page, you will find a dropdown labeled "Category."
  5. Click on the "Category" dropdown to view the available categories that can be updated. Examples of categories include "Student General Info," "Account Manage Access," "Parent General Info," "Student Vaccine Info," and "Login Info."
  6. Select a category from the dropdown to proceed with updating the corresponding student information.
  7. Once you select a category, a select box will be displayed next to it, showing the subcategories related to that category.
  8. Select the specific subcategories that you want to update. You can choose one or multiple subcategories depending on your requirements.
  9. After selecting the subcategories, click on the "Search" button to retrieve the student details based on the selected category and subcategories.
  10. The required details for the selected category and subcategories will be displayed below, allowing you to update the relevant information.
