How to see the list of the categories which we can update through Mass Update?



To see the list of categories that can be updated through Mass Update in the EdPrime system, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Student" module.
  2. Click on "Mass Update" under the "Other Services" section.
  3. Click on "Advanced Search" to access more search options.
  4. Look for the "Category" field and click on it. This will display a dropdown menu showing a list of categories that can be updated.
  5. The available categories may include options such as "Student General Info," "Account Manage Access," "Parent General Info," "Student Vaccine Info," and "Login Info."
  6. Select a category from the dropdown menu to view its subcategories.
  7. A select box will appear beside the selected category, displaying multiple subcategories specific to that category.
  8. Select the desired subcategories that you want to update.
  9. Click on the "Search" button to retrieve the required details related to the selected categories and subcategories.
  10. The necessary details for the selected subcategories will be displayed below, allowing you to update the information as needed.
  11. You can make the desired updates to the displayed details and save the changes.
