How to create a visit for an already registered person?



Creating a visit for an already registered person on EdPrime is easy and efficient. Navigate to the main page, click on 'Visits,' and select 'Create Visit.' Use the search bar to find the person by name or contact number. Fill in the visit details such as date and time and save the information to schedule the visit. This feature streamlines scheduling and managing visits for known individuals, saving time and effort. 

To create a visit for an already registered person, follow these steps: 

  1. 1. Access the Gatepass management system and click on the "Register" option. 

  1. 2. Select "Already Registered" to proceed with creating a visit for an existing user. 

 

 

 

  1. 3. Enter the name of the registered person and click "Search" to retrieve their profile. 

  1. 4. Once the person's details are displayed, click on "Create Visit" to initiate the process. 

 

 

  1. 5. Review the displayed details to ensure they belong to you and are accurate. 

  1. 6. Select the appropriate category for your visit from the available options. 

  1. 7. Choose the purpose of your visit from the list provided. 

  1. 8. Search for the host or person you will be visiting and select their name. 

 

 

  1. 9. After confirming all the details, click on "Register" to complete the visit registration. 

  1. 10. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) that has been sent to your registered mobile number for verification. 

  1. 11. Click on "Submit" to finalize the visit creation process. 

 

Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation that your visit has been created successfully. This process ensures that registered individuals can efficiently create visits within the Gate pass management system by providing the necessary information and completing the required steps.
