To create an "Other Log," follow these steps:
 - Go to
     the Communication module in the system.
 
 - Click
     on "Other Log."
 
 - Select
     whom you want to create it for: student or staff.
 
 - If
     selecting "Student," you have two options:
 
 
  - If
      you want to create the log for all students, tick mark the "All
      Student" box.
 
  - If you
      want to create the log for specific students, choose the "Search
      Student" option and enter their names in the provided field.
 
 
 - Select
     the relevant tag for the log and choose the privacy type (whether it is
     for everyone or an individual).
 
 - Add
     your remarks or details about the log.
 
 - If
     applicable, attach any relevant images.
 
 - Click
     on "Save" to create the other log.
 
If you are creating the other log for staff, follow similar
steps:
 - Choose
     "Staff" instead of "Student."
 
 - Select
     the department associated with the log.
 
 - Tick
     mark the "All Staff" box or select specific staff members.
 
 - Choose
     the tag and privacy type.
 
 - Enter
     the remarks or details.
 
 - Attach
     any relevant images.
 
 - Click
     on "Save" to create the other log.
 
Make sure to fill in the required information and provide
any necessary details before saving the log.
