How to add the URL of the recorded live Session into the system?



To add the URL of a recorded live session into the system in Edprime, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Academics module in Edprime.
  2. Click on "Learning Management System" and then select "Online Learning Live Session."
  3. Select the desired Class and Section for which the recorded session took place.
  4. Click on the "Search" button.
  5. If needed, click on the "+" symbol next to "Add live session" to explore more search options such as Subject, Date From, and Date to. Adjust these options as required and click on "Search."
  6. In the middle of the screen, you will see indications for "Concluded," "Today's," and "Upcoming Sessions."
  7. Click on the "Concluded" tab to view the list of concluded sessions.
  8. Locate the session for which you want to add the recorded URL and hover the cursor over the "Eye" button located below the Action tab.
  9. Clicking on the "Eye" button will display the session details, class details, and participant's summary.
  10. On the left side of the screen, in the session details section, you will find a box titled "Recording URL."
  11. Input the URL of the recorded session in the provided box to save the recording for later review.

Note: The user can choose a platform such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex to record the session. Please ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions of the respective platform.

By following these steps, you can add the URL of a recorded live session into the system in Edprime.
