How to schedule an Online Learning Live Session integrated through Webex?




To schedule an Online Learning Live Session integrated through Webex in Edprime, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Academics Module in Edprime.
  2. Click on "Add Online Learning Live Session" under the Learning Management System section.
  3. Select the desired class or section or both and hit the Search button.
  4. Click on the "Select Platform" dropdown and choose "Webex."
  5. You will be redirected to the Webex login page for authentication. Log in to your Webex account to verify your credentials.
  6. After successful verification, you will be redirected back to the Edprime platform.
  7. By default, all the sections mapped under the selected class will be selected. You can unselect them if needed and choose specific sections for the session.
  8. In the right corner of the screen, you will find an option to add the chapter and topic for the session.
  9. If you want to schedule the session for multiple classes, click on "Add another class" and select the additional classes.
  10. Specify the Start date, End date, Start time, and End time for the session.
  11. If the session is scheduled for multiple days, the weekday option will appear below. Select the appropriate weekdays.
  12. You can also use the calendar to update session timings if needed.
  13. Add any additional details related to the session in the provided space at the bottom.
  14. Finally, click on the "Submit" button to save the scheduled session.
