How to add/view/delete an online learning live session?



To add, view, and delete an online learning live session, follow these steps:

Adding an Online Learning Live Session:

  1. Go to the Academics Module and click on "Online Learning Live Session" under the Learning Management System.
  2. Select the preferred platform (Google Meet, Zoom, Webex, Teams) from the list.
  3. If you choose Google Meet or Zoom, enter the meeting URL in the provided box.
  4. For Webex and Teams (School Account), you will be redirected to the authentication page to verify your user account.
  5. After authentication, you will be returned to the platform.
  6. Select the desired class and section for the session. By default, all sections under the selected class are chosen, but you can manually deselect and select specific sections.
  7. Choose the students for whom you want to create the session. By default, all students from the selected class and section are chosen, but you can customize the selection as needed.
  8. Optionally, add the chapter and topic related to the session.
  9. You can create sessions for multiple classes by clicking on "Add another class".
  10. Set the start date, end date, start time, and end time for the session.
  11. If the session repeats on specific weekdays, select the corresponding options.
  12. Use the calendar to update the session timings if needed.
  13. Add any additional details or instructions for the session at the bottom.
  14. Click on "Submit" to save the online learning live session.

Viewing an Online Learning Live Session:

  1. Access the Academics Module and click on "Online Learning Live Session" under the Learning Management System.
  2. Use the available search filters such as Class, Section, Subject, Date From, and Date To to narrow down the sessions.
  3. Click on the "Search" button to retrieve the sessions based on your specified filters.
  4. The search results will display the relevant sessions, including the details of each session.

Deleting an Online Learning Live Session:

  1. Follow the steps to view the online learning live sessions using the instructions mentioned above.
  2. Locate the session you want to delete from the search results.
  3. Click on the delete or remove option associated with that session.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

By following these instructions, you can add, view, and delete online learning live sessions in your system. This enables efficient management and organization of virtual sessions for effective teaching and learning experiences.
