you have prepared the Excel file with your questions, click on "Start
Import Question."
- Attach
the Excel file by clicking the upload button and selecting the file from
your device.

the file is uploaded, select the Institute and branch to associate the
questions with the appropriate context.
- Finally,
click on "Import Questions" to initiate the import process.
- Once
the import is completed, an Import Summary will be displayed, providing
you with an overview of the imported questions.

- After
creating individual questions, navigate to the "Question Sets"
section.
- This
page gives you access to the question sets you have created.
- To
create a new question set, click on the "Question Sets" button.
- In the
"Add Question Sets" interface, you can select the Institute,
Branch, Class, Subject, Total Marks, Total Sets, and Status for the
question set.
- Specify
the relevant details such as the total marks allocated to the question set
and the number of sets required.
- Additionally,
set the status of the question set (e.g., active or inactive).
- Once
you have provided the necessary information, click on the "Add
Question Sets" button to create the question set.
By utilizing question sets, you can group related questions
together and efficiently manage assessments based on specific criteria such as
class, subject, and total marks. This feature simplifies the process of
creating and organizing assessments in Edprime.
Within the Academic Exams section of Edprime, you can
effectively manage exam papers and exam schedules. Here's how you can work with
academic exams:
A. Exam:
- Click
on "Exam" and select "Add Exam".
- In the
"Add Exam" interface, you can choose the Institute, Branch, Exam
Title, Exam Code, Exam Type, Term, Start Date, End Date, and Status for
the exam.
- Provide
a descriptive title for the exam and assign a unique exam code.
- Select
the appropriate exam type (e.g., objective, subjective) from the available
options.
- Choose
the term associated with the exam.
- Specify
the start date and end date for the exam.
- Set
the status of the exam (e.g., active or inactive).
- Additionally,
you can include any specific instructions or guidelines for the exam.
- Once
you have filled in the necessary information, click on the "Add
Exam" button to create the exam.
By utilizing the "Exam" feature, you
can easily set up and manage exams within Edprime. This allows you to define
essential details such as exam title, code, type, term, dates, and
instructions, providing a comprehensive framework for organizing and conducting
exams
B. Exam Papers
- Exam papers are available once an exam has been created, and on the resulting page, the list can be filtered using various filters.
- To add an Exam Paper, click Add Exam Paper, and then select the Institute, Branch, Exam, Class, Subject, Type Exam Paper Title, Exam Paper Code, Total Marks, Total Sets, choose whether it is a mock or not, and status.
- If the Total Sets are updated, a number of questions will appear on the screen, which can then be selected based on the mentioned Total Sets
- As soon as you have selected the questions, click on save
In order to schedule the exam timetable and set the exam
schedule within Edprime, you can follow these steps:
- After
creating the exam papers, navigate to the "Time Table" section.
- Click
on "Add Time Table" to proceed with scheduling the exam.
- In the
interface that appears, you can choose the Institute, Branch, Exam, and
Class for which you want to schedule the exam.
- Once
you select a class, a list of all the exam papers associated with that
class will be displayed below.
- To
update the exam timetable for a specific exam paper, click on the checkbox
(☐) next to the respective exam paper.
- Set
the Exam Start time, Exam End time, and duration in minutes for the
selected exam paper.
- After
filling in the required details, click on the "Save" button to
finalize the exam timetable.
