To bulk upload student profile pictures in the EdPrime
system, please follow these steps:
Prepare
the Images:
Make
sure the images are in the required formats: JPEG, PNG, or JPG.
Each
image should have a maximum file size of 20MB.
The
photographs should be in color with a white or blue background.
Ensure
that the student's face is clearly visible, with eyes open and without
any red-eye effect.
Rename
each image using the student's unique scholar number.
Organize
the Images:
Create
a new folder on your computer and name it after the respective class,
e.g., "ClassIII".
Place
all the student images of that class in this folder.
Rename
each image in the folder using the respective student's scholar number.
Compress
the Folder:
Right-click
on the class name folder (e.g., "ClassIII") and select the
"Send to" option.
In
the sub-menu, choose "Compressed (zipped) folder".
This
will create a compressed ZIP file of the folder containing all the
student images.
Upload
the ZIP file:
Go
to the EdPrime website (web.edprime.co) and log in.
Navigate
to the "Student" module and select "Other Services".
Scroll
down and click on "Image Bulk Upload".
Choose
the option for "Students Bulk Upload".
Click
on the "Choose File" button and select the ZIP file (e.g.,
ClassIII.zip) you created earlier.
Upload
the ZIP file.
By following these steps, you can bulk upload student
profile pictures in the EdPrime system. Make sure to properly organize and
compress the images and select the correct ZIP file for uploading.
