How to upload a video or a video link to online learning content?


  • Go to Academics.  
  • Click on Add Online Learning under LMS 
  • Look at the mid of the screen under Documents Elements.  
  • Click on Video - Main/Related  
  • Select whether it is a Main Video or a Related one 
  • Then Choose between Upload and External 
  • If you Select Upload, you will get an option to Choose a File, click on that and Add the Video you wanted to upload a maximum of up to 40MB in MP4 Format. 
  • If you Select External, you will be asked to paste the URL of the video. 
  • After Choosing the one between Upload and External, you can also click on Add Details to Add Title, Author, Source, Keyword, and Description. 
  • At last, you will have to click on Save & Publish to complete the upload.
