How to send payment link to the students for fee collection ?



To send payment links to students for fee collection, there are three methods available:

  1. Sending payment links from the student profile:
    • Use the search box on the dashboard to find the student by name.
    • Click on the student's name to access their profile.
    • Navigate to the fee section in the student's profile.
    • Look for a blue box displaying fee details at the top, and click on the "send payment link" option.
    • A popup window will appear with the fee details and a message.
    • Verify the information and enter the contact number where the payment link will be sent via text message.
    • Click on the "send payment link" button in the popup window.
  2. Using the fee collection page:
    • Go to the fee module and select the fee collection option.
    • Click on the search button to generate a list of students or enter a specific student's name or scholar number.
    • Choose the number of installments for the fee payment.
    • In the payment details box on the right side, locate the "send payment link" button.
    • Click on the "send payment link" button and enter the parents' contact number to send the message.
  3. Sending to multiple students via the communication module:
    • Go to the communication module and access the dashboard.
    • Scroll down and click on the 'SMS Approved' option.
    • Enter the keyword 'payment' in the search box.
    • Look for the 'send payment link' template and click on the send button under the action column.
    • Toggle off the 'all student' option and select the classes you want to target.
    • Select the students individually by clicking on their names or unselect all and choose specific students.
    • Finally, scroll down and click on the send button.

Choose the method that suits your needs and follow the steps accordingly to send payment links for fee collection to the students.
