How to send payment link to the students for fee collection ?



There are 3 ways to send the payment link to the students:

1- By using search student box on dashboard and sending the payment link from student profile-
  1. Go to the search box on dashboard, search by entering the student name.
  2. Click on student name, student profile will be displayed.
  3. Now go to the fee section on the student profile.
  4. You will see a blue box on top of the collected and due fee details.
  5. Click on "send payment link" box, a popup window will appear with fee details message displayed on it.
  6. Cross check the information and enter the contact number on which the payment link will be sent as a text message.
  7. Lastly, click on "send payment link" button on the popup window.
2- By using the fee collection page-
  1. Go to the fee module and click on fee collection option.
  2. Click on search to generate students list or enter any specific student's name or scholar number.
  3. Select the number of instalments that you want the student to pay the fees.
  4. On the right side, you will see a "send payment link" button in the payment details box.
  5. Click on "send payment link", enter the parents' contact number to send the message.
3- Send to multiple students by using the communication module-
  1. Go to the communication module and click on dashboard.
  2. Scroll down and click on 'SMS Approved' option.
  3. After that, enter 'payment' keyword in the search box.
  4. 'Send payment link' template will appear, click on send button under the action column.
  5. Now toggle off 'all student' and select the classes.
  6. Click on the list of student names and unselect all.
  7. After that, tick mark only those students to whom you want to share the payment link for fee collection.
  8. Finally, scroll down and click on send button.
