How to search employee attendance?



To search employee attendance in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the HRMS module.
  2. Click on "View Employee Attendance" under the Attendance Management section.
  3. You will be presented with the Employee Attendance Listing.
  4. Select the employee for whom you want to view attendance details.
  5. Click on the pencil icon under the "Action" column for that employee.
  6. Select the "Date to" field to specify the end date of the attendance period.
  7. Click on the "Search" button to retrieve the attendance details for the selected employee and specified date range.

By following these steps, you can search and view the attendance records of employees within the HRMS module of the system.
