How to search and update role names?



To search for and update role names in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the HRMS module in the system.
  2. Click on "Create Role" to access the role management section.
  3. You will see a list of existing role names displayed.
  4. Search for the specific role name you want to update.
  5. Once you find the desired role, click on the pencil icon next to it.
  6. This will allow you to edit the role name.
  7. Change the name to the desired new name.
  8. After making the necessary changes, click on the "Submit" button to save the updated role name.

By following these steps, you can search for and update role names within the HRMS module of the system.
