How to schedule an online Interview through Edprime?




To schedule an online interview through Edprime, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Student" section and select "Student Enrolment" in the online platform.
  2. Click on "Online Registered" to access the list of registered students.
  3. Locate the specific student for whom you want to schedule an interview and find the three dots below the "Action" tab.
  4. Click on the three dots, and from the options that appear, select "Interview."
  5. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to fill in the mandatory details for the interview.
  6. Fill in the required information, including the Exam Date, Exam Time, Schedule Exam With (interviewer), meeting URL (from a convenient platform like Meet, Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft), and the Recipient E-mail ID.
  7. Once you have entered all the necessary details, click on the "Send" button to schedule the online interview.

Note: Before scheduling the interview, ensure that you have already arranged a meeting on a suitable online platform and have the meeting URL ready. Also, make sure to provide a valid Recipient Email ID for effective communication.

By following these steps, you can successfully schedule an online interview through Edprime by accessing the Student Enrolment section, selecting the student, and providing the essential details for the interview.
