To purchase SMS through EdPrime, please follow these steps:
Go to
the Communication module in the system.
Click
on "Reports" and select "SMS Purchase History".
In the
SMS Purchase History section, click on "Get More SMS".
Choose
the number of SMS credits you require for your communication needs.
Select
the payment mode that suits you best.
Click
on "Place Order" to initiate the purchase.
After placing the order, please note that it may take up to
24 hours for EdPrime Support to process it. Once the purchase is processed, the
SMS credits will be added to your account, enabling you to send messages as
needed.
