How to Import Employee data?



To import employee data into the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module, follow these steps:

Prerequisites: Before importing employee data, ensure that you have already created the necessary roles in the system.

  1. Go to the HRMS module and click on "Import Employee" under Employee Management.
  2. Click on the "Choose File" button to select the file containing the employee data you want to import.
  3. After selecting the file, click on the "Submit" button to start the import process.
  4. If needed, you can download the Employee Sample File by clicking on "Download Employee Sample File" on the right side of the screen. This will provide you with a template that shows the required format for the import file.
  5. Ensure that the data in your import file includes the mandatory fields mentioned below:
    • Employee Name: The name of the employee.
    • Role: The role assigned to the employee.
    • Mobile Number: The mobile number of the employee.
    • Gender: The gender of the employee (Male/Female).
    • Email: The email address of the employee.

Note: If multiple employees have the same email and mobile number, the system will treat it as a universal login, allowing users to switch profiles.

By following these steps and providing the necessary employee data in the import file, you can import employee information into the HRMS module of your system.
