To generate Student ID Cards in the EdPrime system, please follow these steps:
Go to the "Student" module.
Click on "ID Card" under the "Other Services" section.
Select the desired Class and Section for which you want to generate ID Cards. If you want to create ID Cards for the entire class, you can checkmark all the student names under the "Action" column. Alternatively, you can select specific student names.
Choose the ID Card Display Side, either "Front and Back" or any other available option (Bulk).
Click on the "Next" button to proceed.
On the next page, you will see the selected side of the ID Cards with the student details. The required student information may include the Academic Session, Student Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Class, Section, Date of Birth, Phone Number, and Address, as per the predefined ID Card format.
To download the ID Cards, simply click on the "Download PDF" button. This will generate a PDF file containing the ID Cards for the selected students and display side.
If you need to generate ID Cards with a different display side, click on the "Back" button. Select the other display side and click on "Next" again. Then, click on "Download PDF" to download the updated ID Cards.
If you decide to cancel the process without generating the ID Cards, you can click on the third option, "Cancel."
