How to Generate Reports on EdPrime



Generating reports on EdPrime is straightforward. From the main page, go to 'Generate Reports' and customize your report parameters, including date ranges and specific criteria. You can then export your report as a PDF or Excel file, providing valuable insights for effective school management. 

To generate reports on EdPrime, follow these simple steps: 

  1. 1. Navigate to Reports Section: 

  • From the main page, locate and click on the "Generate Reports" option. 

 

 

 

  1. 2. Search for Name: 

  • Enter the name of the individual for whom you want to generate the reports. 

  • The system will fetch the data associated with that name. 

 

  1. 3. Search by Contact Number: 

  • Alternatively, you can search for data using a specific contact number. 

  • Enter the contact number to retrieve the relevant data. 

 

  1. 4. Search by Host: 

  • To find data related to meetings with a particular host (e.g., principal or teacher), click on "Host". 

  • Enter the designation or name of the host to locate the relevant data. 

 

  1. 5.  Search by Date: 

  • Click on the "Date" option to specify a date range for the reports. 

  • Select the desired date range to access data from that period. 

 

  1. 6. Export as PDF or Excel: 

  • After customizing the search parameters, click on "Export as PDF" if you prefer a PDF file, or "Export as XLS" for an Excel sheet. 

  • The system will generate the reports in the selected format for your convenience. 

 

  1. 7. Review and Save: 

  • Review the generated reports for accuracy and completeness. 

  • Save the reports for future reference or sharing with relevant stakeholders.
