To generate an employee ID card, you can follow these steps:
Navigate
to the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module.
Click
on "Employee ID Card" in the menu.
Select
the desired department for which you want to generate ID cards.
Click
on the "Search" button to retrieve the employee ID card details
for the selected department.
Once
the search results are displayed, select the specific ID card (either
Front or Back) that you wish to generate.
Click
on the "Next" button to proceed to the next step.
Finally,
click on the "Download PDF" button to generate and download the
employee ID card in PDF format.
