How to edit, view, and delete an online learning live session?
To access and manage online learning live sessions in the Academics Module, please follow these steps:
Go to the Academics Module and click on "Online Learning Live Session."
Select the desired options such as Class, Section, or both, and click on the "Search" button.
Apart from the "Add live session" option, you can click on the ✚ symbol to explore additional search options such as Subject, Date From, and Date To. After setting your preferences, click on "Search."
Once you have the search result, observe the middle of the screen. You will find indications for Concluded, Today's, and upcoming sessions.
To view upcoming sessions, click on the "upcoming" option.
On the right side of the screen, you will see four tool buttons:
Pencil symbol: Click to update the session details.
Recurring symbol: Use to extend or update the timings of the session.
Eye symbol: Click to view the session details.
Delete symbol: Click to delete the session if needed.
Choose the appropriate tool button based on your requirement and click on it.
By following these steps, you will be able to easily manage online learning live sessions in the Academics Module. This allows you to efficiently update, extend, view, or delete sessions as per your specific needs.
