How to download a green sheet and calculate performance?
To download a green sheet and calculate performance, follow
these steps:
Access
the Examination module in your system.
Click
on "Green Sheet" to access the green sheet functionality.
Select
the desired Term and Exam for which you want to work with the green sheet.
If you
need to include multiple Terms and Exams, click on the Plus icon to add
them.
Choose
the Classes for which you want to generate the green sheet.
Once
you have selected the classes, you have two options: a. Export PDF: Click
on this option if you want to download the green sheet as a PDF file. The
system will generate the green sheet with the selected term, exam, and
classes, and you can save it for future reference. b. Calculate
Performance: Click on this option if you want to calculate the performance
based on the green sheet data. The system will process the data and
provide performance calculations or analysis based on the selected term,
exam, and classes. This option allows you to evaluate the performance of
students or generate performance reports.
By following these steps, you can download a
green sheet as a PDF file or perform performance calculations based on the
