To check the SMS balance, please follow these steps:
- Go to
the Communication module in the system.
- Click
on "Reports" and select "SMS Purchase History".
- On the
right side of the panel, you will find the SMS Balance displayed.
- The
SMS Balance indicates the number of available SMS credits for sending
messages.
