How to check the leave balance and salary slip of a user?



To check the leave balance and salary slip of a user in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the HRMS module in your system.
  2. Click on "Employee" under the Employee Management section. This will display the branch user listing.
  3. From the list of branch users, select the branch user whose leave balance and salary slip you want to check.
  4. Click on the eye icon under the "Action" column for that particular branch user. This will open their profile and display their personal details.
  5. Within the user's profile, you will find information such as the leave balance and salary slip.
  6. Review the leave balance to see the available leave days or hours for the user.
  7. To access the salary slip, navigate to the relevant section within the user's profile, which may be labeled as "Salary Slip" or similar.
  8. Click on the corresponding link or button to view and download the salary slip of the user.
  9. You can repeat these steps for other branch users to check their leave balance and salary slips as well.

By following these steps, you can easily check the leave balance and salary slip of a user in the HRMS module. This allows you to view important details related to their leaves and salary information.
