How to approve a newly registered student?



To process an online registration for a student in EdPrime, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Student" module and click on "Online Registered."
  2. Fill in the Registration Number or Student Name, or both, in the search fields.
  3. Click on "Search" to retrieve the relevant registration details.
  4. If needed, you can utilize the "Advanced Search" option to explore additional search options.
  5. Once you have found the desired registration, locate the "Three Dots" symbol under the "Action" column.
  6. Click on the "Three Dots" symbol and select "Approve" from the available options.
    • Note: If the registration is already approved or the payment status is not 'Success', you will not see the "Approve" option.
  7. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the Scholar Number and choose the conveyance type.
  8. By default, the Class selected during the student's registration process will be displayed.
  9. Choose the appropriate Section, provide any necessary Remarks, and then click on "Approve" to finalize the process.

Please note that the "Approve" option is only available for registrations that are not already approved and have a payment status of 'Success'. This ensures that the registration process is completed accurately and only for valid registrations.
