To add a class subject structure to the class syllabus,
follow these steps:
- Go to
the Academics module in your system.
- Click
on "Class Syllabus" under the "Syllabus" section.
- On the
syllabus page, click on the "Add Syllabus" button located on the
right-hand side of the screen.
- Select
the desired Class and Subject from the available options.
- Choose
the Subject Distribution for the selected subject.
- Click
on the "Add structure" button to proceed.
- Now,
you can add the Topic/Grouping Unit for the subject. You can enter the
exam names, such as "Periodic test-I" or
"Half-yearly".
- To add
multiple Topic/Grouping Units at once, click on the "+" icon on
the right-hand side of the screen.
- Add
the Chapter name for each Topic/Grouping Unit.
- Similarly,
you can add multiple chapters at once by clicking on the "+"
icon.
- Add
the Topic or Topics for each chapter. Remember to hit the Enter key after
writing each topic.
- Provide
a Summary or description for the structure you have created.
- Finally,
click on the "Submit" button to save the class subject structure
in the syllabus.
By following these steps, you can add a class subject
structure to the class syllabus by navigating to the Class Syllabus section,
selecting the class and subject, adding the topic/chapter details, and
submitting the structure for saving.
