How to add/search/update Role CTC & CTC Particulars?



To add, search, and update Role CTC (Cost to Company) and CTC Particulars in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) module, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the HRMS module in the system.
  2. Click on "Role CTC Particulars" to access the Role CTC management section.
  3. To add a new Role CTC, click on the "Add" button.
  4. Select the relevant Role from the available options.
  5. Enter the Monthly CTC (Cost to Company) and Annual CTC amounts for the selected Role.
  6. Specify the Total Particulars Amount associated with the Role's CTC.
  7. Provide CTC Particulars based on the relevant criteria, such as Monthly CTC, Basic Pay, Amount Type, Amount Percent, and Final Amount.
  8. If you need to include multiple CTC Particulars, click on the plus sign (+) to add additional entries.
  9. Once you have entered all the necessary details, click on the "Submit" button to save the Role CTC and CTC Particulars.

To search for Role CTC and CTC Particulars, you can refer to the "Role CTC Particulars" section within the HRMS module. Additionally, you can update the Role CTC and CTC Particulars by editing the respective fields associated with a specific Role.
