How to add/search exam syllabus?



To add or search exam syllabus, you can follow these steps:

Adding Exam Syllabus:

  1. Go to the Academics module in your system.
  2. Click on "Exam Syllabus" under the available options.
  3. Select the desired Term, Exam, Class, and Subject for which you want to add the syllabus.
  4. Choose the Subject Distribution that corresponds to the exam syllabus.
  5. Click on "Add Structure" to define the topic grouping or unit for the syllabus.
  6. If there are multiple topic units, you can click on the plus sign (+) to add them.
  7. Add the necessary topic information for each topic unit by clicking on the plus sign (+) to add multiple topic details.
  8. Provide a summary or description of the exam syllabus.
  9. Finally, hit the "Submit" button to save the exam syllabus.

Searching Exam Syllabus:

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 mentioned above.
  2. Select the appropriate Term, Exam, Class, and Subject for which you want to search the syllabus.
  3. Choose the relevant Subject Distribution if applicable.
  4. Click on the "Search" button to retrieve the exam syllabus matching your search criteria.

By following these steps, you can easily add exam syllabus by defining topic units and topic information, as well as search for specific exam syllabus based on the provided criteria. This helps in effectively managing and organizing the exam syllabus within the academic system.
