How to add/search/edit an expense head & Categories along with Sub-categories?



To add, search, or edit an expense head, category, or sub-category, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Expense Module.
  2. Click on "Add Expense Head."
  3. In the next step, click on "Add New" to choose from three options: Expense Head, Expense Category, or Expense Sub-Category.
  4. Enter the necessary details for the Expense Head, Expense Category, or Expense Sub-Category.
  5. Click on "Add" to save the changes.

By following these steps, you can add new expense heads, categories, or sub-categories. Additionally, you can search for existing expense heads, categories, or sub-categories to view or make edits if needed.
