How to Add/Search an Appointment?



To add or search an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Communication module in the system.
  2. Click on "Appointment" and then select "Add Appointment" to create a new appointment.
  3. Select whom the appointment is created for from the dropdown list (parent or staff).
  4. If selecting "Parent," search for the student and then select the parent who will attend the meeting.
  5. Set the appointment date and time and provide the purpose of the meeting.
  6. Optionally, you can select an image related to the appointment.
  7. In the details box, you can provide additional information or leave it blank if not necessary.
  8. Click on "Submit" to create the appointment.

To search for an appointment, follow the same initial steps and use the search filters such as date, staff member, parent, or purpose to find the desired appointments.
