the call type, whether it is a dial or receive call.

the staff member who handled the call from the dropdown list.
Search
for the student's name with whom you had the conversation (applicable for
dial calls).
Provide
the alternate phone number and the date of the call.
Specify
the subject, stating the purpose or concern of the call.
Select
the privacy type, indicating whether the log should be visible to everyone
or only to a specific person.
Choose
the time frame, either manual or auto, and provide the start and end times
of the call, along with the total duration.
Add
your comments and remarks about the call. You can use the plus sign to add
additional comments if needed.
Rate
the call by assigning stars to indicate the quality or importance of the
call.
Mark
the status as "Open" or "Close" depending on the
current state of the call.
Assign
the log to a specific person by selecting their name from the dropdown
list.
Finally,
click on "Submit" to complete the process of creating a new
phone log.
