How to add legal expenses




To add legal expenses related to a vehicle, follow these steps:

  1. Access the online platform and navigate to the "Transport" module.
  2. Click on "Documents" and select "Legal Expense" to access the legal expense-related information.
  3. On the Legal Expense page, click on "Add Legal Expense" to add a new expense entry.
  4. Select the "Vehicle Name" for which you want to record the legal expense.
  5. Enter the "Modal Number," "Fuel Type," and "Registration Year" of the vehicle.
  6. Provide the "Challan Number" associated with the legal expense.
  7. Enter the "Amount" incurred for the expense.
  8. Select the "Date" when the legal expense occurred.
  9. Optionally, add a "Remark" to provide additional information or context.
  10. Upload the relevant "Challan" document or supporting evidence.
  11. Select the "Mode of Payment" for the legal expense.
  12. Click on "Submit" to save and complete the process.

By following these steps, you can easily add legal expenses for a vehicle. Access the Transport module, select Documents, and choose Legal Expense. Then, enter the required details such as the vehicle name, modal number, fuel type, registration year, challan number, amount, date, remark, and upload the challan document. Finally, select the mode of payment and submit the information to record the legal expense.
