How do I apply Fee Rule?



To view and manage fee collections, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Fee' module and select 'Fee Collection'.
  2. You can search for the student using their 'Scholar No', 'Student Name', or use the 'Advanced Search' option to search by 'Father's Name', 'Class', or 'Section'.
  3. Click on the name of the student whose fee is shown as due under the 'Due Amount' column.
  4. Click on 'Apply Here' listed below the Fee Rule. This will open a pop-up window.
  5. In the pop-up window, select 'Installments' from the left-hand side.
  6. Choose the desired Fee Rule for the installments.
  7. Once you have selected the installments and Fee Rule, click on 'Apply' to apply the changes. If you want to save the changes in real-time, click on 'Apply & Save'.

By following these steps, you will be able to view fee collections, search for specific students, and manage installment options and fee rules. This allows for effective fee management and customization based on your institution's requirements.
