How can I Add/Update other fee like Late Fee, TC & Cheque Bounce?
To add other fees in the system, follow these steps:
Go to the "Other Fee" section under the "Masters" menu.
Click on "Add Other Fee" to proceed with adding a new fee.
From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate "Fee Charge" option such as "Late Fee," "Cheque Bounce," or "TC" (Transfer Certificate).
If you selected "Late Fee" as the fee charge, provide the "Start" and "End" days for the fee to be applicable. Fill in the "Value" and "Frequency" fields. You can click on the plus sign to add multiple units of start and end days, value, and frequency if required.
Next, choose the desired "Format" for the fee charge. Write a brief "Description" to provide more information about the fee.
Click on the "Submit" button to save the other fee details.
If you selected "Cheque Bounce" or "TC" as the fee charge, fill in the "Value" and "Frequency" fields accordingly.
Select the desired "Format" and provide a "Description" for the fee.
Hit the "Submit" button to save the other fee information.
