Dashboard Overview



The EdPrime dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key school metrics. Quickly access data on Total Visits, Parent/Guardian Information, Vendor/Appointments, and New Registrations. With customizable views, graphical insights, and easy navigation, the dashboard is your central hub for managing school activities. 

Here is what you can access on the dashboard: 

  1. 1. Key Metrics: 

  • Total Visits: View the total number of visits for the selected time period. 

  • Parent/Guardian Data: Access information about parents and guardians. 

  • Vendor/Appointment Data: See data related to vendors and appointments. 

  • New Registrations: Track new registrations. 
     

  1. 2. Date Selection: 

  • The displayed data is for the present day by default. 

  • Click on the date to change the time period to today, yesterday, last week, or a custom date range. 

 

  1. 3. Quick Search by Date: 

  • Quickly search visits by date using the search functionality. 

 

 

 
 

  1. 4. Graphical Representation: 

  • View a graphical representation of visitors by day. 
     

  1. 5. Scheduled Meetings: 

  • See the meetings scheduled for the day. 
     

  1. 6. Left Section Overview: 

  • Today’s Meetings: Get easy access to the meetings scheduled for today. 

  • Total Visitors: View the total number of visitors. 

  • Total Meetings: Check the total number of meetings. 

  • Total Visits: See the total number of visits. 
     

  1. 7. Calendar View: 

  • Scheduled meetings are highlighted in the calendar for easy reference. 
     

  1. 8. Communication Corner: 

  • Access a dedicated section for communication.
